All of our products are in stock and ready to be shipped.

**Please note: We are unable to send flammable products outside of the UK due to strict regulations by the Maritime and Aviation Authorities. These products include perfumes, aftershaves, nail polishes, aerosols and un-contained batteries.**

Most orders will be shipped within 1 working day and are sent out by Royal Mail.

Your order will be assigned a tracking number and can be tracked via the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.co.uk or simply google search your tracking number.

You will be emailed confirmation that your order has been dispatched along with your tracking number.

Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day (cleared payments).

We ship Monday through to Friday excluding Bank holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

Our address labels are created automatically based on the address which you enter upon your order.

Returns

Please ensure the product is returned to us in the condition you received it with a full explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).

For reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from original packaging (or show signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.

Once we have received your item please allow up to 2 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the transaction is complete.

Please note: Unless there is a fault with the product itself, we cannot accept returns for products in our clearance category based on the defects in their packaging.

Faulty

You will be entitled to a FREE RETURN within 30 days of your purchase if your item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us to receive a pre-paid label with Royal Mail, all you will need to do is fill out the request on the link we provide you with and print the label out to go on your parcel. You are entitled to a replacement or repair of faulty consumer electronics within six months of your purchase.

Item Not Received

If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we will chase this up for you as quickly as we can.

If your order has already been dispatched we will refund your order in full once the item has been returned to us.
