All our products are in stock and ready to be shipped. Our shipping hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm. Orders placed by 3pm will be shipped on the same day.
You can track your parcel status once it has been dispatched, we will notify you with your tracking reference.

EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERIES
Unfortunately, due to new regulations, we are currently unable to ship to European destinations.
Please rest assured that we are actively working to resolve this and hope to have shipping to these regions available again soon.
REST OF WORLD DELIVERIES
£6.95 – Royal Mail International Tracked
Please note, we are legally unable to send certain items aboard as they are classed as hazardous materials by our shipping partners. This includes fragrances, nail polishes, aerosols, selected cosmetics and skincare products.
We are also unable to send products that have uncontained batteries outside of the UK due to strict regulations by the Maritime and Aviation Authorities.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
There are restrictions on some goods for certain International Delivery Destinations, please contact us to confirm whether we deliver to your location. Please note, we do not refund postage costs if customers refuse an order due to duties imposed. We have no prior knowledge or control over these charges.
You are responsible for payment of import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
If you order goods for delivery to one of our International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when your order reaches that destination.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
By law we cannot sell products containing alcohol to persons under the age of 18. Proof of ID may be requested. By placing an order with us it is confirmation that you are of the legal age. It is illegal to buy restricted products if you are under age or for someone else who is under age.
RETURNS
Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the order you receive from us which is why we offer 30 days to start a return. Please return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt and our team will happy refund you the price you paid as long as they are returned to us in a saleable condition.
Hogies extended Christmas return policy for 2024 is Monday 13th January 2025. This applies to items purchased from 1st November to Wednesday 25th December 2024.
This means all products must be unused, unopened and any seals are intact. We are unable to accept returns for body jewellery, underwear or swimwear.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot refund or exchange products that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of being used, unless they are faulty or arrived damaged. For faulty or damaged items, please see below.
We reserve the right to not refund items that are not returned in a saleable condition and reserve the right to not accept non-compliant returns for health and safety reasons.
If you are returning your order from outside the UK you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
FAULTY/DAMAGED
We expect your order to arrive in perfect condition, however, if you receive an item that is not as described in the product listing, or appears to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within 3 days of receipt so that we can help resolve the issue. Please ensure that you have photographic evidence to help us resolve this quickly.
You are entitled to a replacement or repair of faulty consumer electronics within six months of your purchase. We will offer you a replacement, unless a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided including any postage you paid.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To start a return please contact a member of our team to authorise your request. Once approved, you will be provided with a returns label.
When returning your parcel you will need to request proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim should your returned parcel fail to arrive back to us.
We charge £3.20 for our returns label which will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or the incorrect item has been received.
Please note, we will not be liable for any lost returns if the goods are not returned using our returns label.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your parcel, providing the item(s) have been returned in a saleable condition, your refund will be issued without delay. It may take up to 10 working days to be processed.
We are only able to issue a refund to the original form of payment. You will receive a notification by email.
If you have not received your refund after 10 days please contact our Customer Service Team on info@hogiesonline.co.uk.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you would like to start a return from an International Destination please contact our Customer Service Team on info@hogiesonline.co.uk with the following information:
- Order number, or full name, address and postcode
- Reason for return
- Any photographic evidence, if applicable
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please contact us as soon as possible.
