We teamed up with Chloe from @chloegemmamakeup to share her go to look using this month's makeup box products.
This month's beauty makeup box is an exciting one, it's a new venture for us that we are all very excited for! What's not to love about massive discounts on our best loved products. All for just £30, with an RRP of 90 and a massive £60 saving!
I always start on my eyes, so any mess made can be cleaned up easily. I go in with an eyeshadow primer or concealer first to prep and prime the lids ready for eyeshadow application.
*Top Tip* Personally I use darker eyeshadow shades first, blending them slowly to light as I find this gives me the best colour and blend.
- Using the Clarins The Essentials Eye Shadow Make Up Palette - I used the shades 9 and 8 to draw a cat eye shaped winged liner with a thin makeup brush.
- Using the shade 7 I slowly blended with a softer, fluffier brush outwards and upwards making the liner line less harsh.
- Next I used the shade 3 all over the lid to finish blending everything in together.
- I repeated steps 2-4 until I was happy with the blend.
Using the Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara in 01 Black I coat my lashes with a layer of mascara. I love this mascara for volumised, lengthened lashes.
I go in with my foundation & concealer on my face like normal. Before powdering however I take the Lipstick Queen Pink Cream Colour Changing Blusher in Frog Prince. Using a beauty blender I bounce the product onto my skin. I love this blusher, watching it change colour to suit my skin always amazes me, and leaves me with a healthy, natural looking pink blush to my cheeks.
After powdering my skin I take the Sunkissed Bronzing Shimmer Brush over the contours of my face to add radiance and a natural bronzed colour.
*Top Tip* Take the product onto your chest and collar bones for added glow and definition.
Last but not least I take the Victoria's Secret Sparkling Sheer Lip Gloss to add a hint of colour, sparkle and to also add hydration to my lips. This pulls the looks together.
