These terms and conditions apply to the Hogies Online website. By using this website or placing an order you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not use or access this website.

Description of Products
The website contains a large number of products. Despite us taking reasonable care to ensure that all information is correct at the time of uploading, some products on the website may be incorrectly described.
Our photographs show the colour of products as accurately as possible but different computers display colours in different ways. If you are not happy with the colour of a product, and subject to it not being used, you can return it and we will give you a full refund up to 30 days after you ordered it.
If a product is in our clearance category and therefore has damaged or unsealed packaging, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
Placing an Order
We will communicate with you using the email address provided when you register your details. You should receive an email when you register, and also when you place an order. We do not take any responsibility if the email address provided is incorrect or fails to receive these notifications. Please contact us if you do not receive these emails.
The contract between us and the customer is outlined as follows –
- By pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process you place an order.
- We then send an order confirmation email which states the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance email.
- A dispatch confirmation email will be sent when your order it is dispatched from our warehouse.
- The completion of the contract and the acceptance of your order will be complete upon the dispatch of your order.
- If we do not accept your order, we will notify you via email.
- Hogies Online shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received by Hogies Online. The customer will own the goods once full payment has been received.
- If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.
Reasons for orders not being accepted –
- Unavailable stock.
- If the product ordered cannot be shipped overseas. For example, flammable products and batteries.
- Payment not authorised.
- Errors regarding the pricing or description of a product.
- If the customer does not meet the eligibility to order, as outlined in terms & conditions.
We reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to an individual customer.
Cancelling an order
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day on which you received the order.
If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by emailing email@example.com or calling +44 (0)1438 821078.
We dispatch items very quickly and so we have a limited time in which to stop completed orders from being dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched we will refund your order in full using the original payment method once the item has been returned to us. Unless the product is faulty, return postage is payable by the customer, and the product must be returned in 14 days.
We reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.
Please ensure the product is returned to us in the condition you received it with a full explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
For reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from original packaging (or show signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.
Once we have received your item please allow up to 2 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the transaction is complete.
Please note: Unless there is a fault with the product itself, we cannot accept returns for products in our clearance category based on the defects in their packaging.
You will be entitled to a FREE RETURN within 30 days of your purchase if your item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us to receive a Royal Mail pre-paid label, all you will need to do is fill out the request on the link we provide you with and print the label out to go on your parcel.
You are entitled to a replacement or repair of faulty consumer electronics within six months of your purchase.
If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we will chase this up for you as quickly as we can.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
This returns policy also applies to products purchased on our 3 for 2 offers.
Prices for our goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed.
All prices are quoted in GB Pound Sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK.
If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.
Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Payments must be made in GB Pounds Sterling only, and by one of the following payment methods unless otherwise specified.
Major credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and Visa Electron & PayPal.
Any discount codes issued are strictly subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged.
Dispatch & Delivery
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Hogies Online cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party.
There are restrictions on some goods for certain International Delivery Destinations, so please contact us if you are unsure as to whether we deliver to your location.
If you order goods from the website for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Hogies Online has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping.
Passing of Risk
Customer will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order. Hogies Online accept no liability for undelivered parcels where the customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the order from the delivery address specified.
Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
Any refund/exchange given is at the discretion of the management of Hogies Online. Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Defective products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights
The customer shall respect all licence agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Hogies Online cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the customer or any third party.
All trademarks shown on www.hogiesonline.co.uk belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission.
You must not use any part of the materials on the website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the Hogies Online website without prior notice.
